Last Monday I got myself a brand new iPhone 3GS and I have no regrets. Its freaking fast comparing it to previous models and other phones. Working from my pocket just got better,easier and faster. When free time is available, playing on the 3Gs is almost like playing on your PC or gaming console with no interface lag. A new feature that I really liked is the Voice Control that lets you control calls and your music with just your voice. The Digital Compass is another new feature but I’m not really feeling it but its ok I guess. The battery life is a little better comparing it to 3G model but still needs work Apple. The screen is beautiful and looks great under direct sun light and it also handles fingerprints a little better too.
The iPhone 3GS is a great phone but I know it could be better. I hope that Apple does it again when the new iPhone 4TH generation comes out later this summer. If you don’t have an iPhone yet I suggest you wait and buy the latest model this summer =) Peace!

Microsoft is definitely trying hard to stay afloat with its new OS and now mobile platform. We all know Microsoft Windows is just a box where we store all of our spyware,viruses and every other threat known to the Internet and now we’ll have it on our phones. Imagine getting a text from a friend and your phone goes beserk sending out spam(yes spam) to all your contacts via sms and best of all you wouldn’t even know about it till your phone bill comes back with a lot of extra zeros.
I’m not all about bashing Microsoft and I gotta hand it to them on Windows 7 which seems to be a lot faster even tho the minimun specs needed could be used to run a virtualized server farm. Get ready to download Antivirus and spyware software on your brand new Microsoft Phone 7 because you’ll probably need it.
I think Microsoft can’t compete with real mobile OSes like Android,iPhoneOS or the new Nokia MeeGo. These companies are the truth when it comes to mobile computing and they play hard.
I guess we’ll just have to see whats in store for Microsoft’s future in the mobile arena.
